Account stuck on "Complete your account setup" — cannot reach /projects

My account is wedged on "Complete your account setup — you have not yet completed your account setup. Please reach out to support if you believe this is an error." It blocks me at app.hexclave.com/handler/onboarding?after_auth_return_to=/projects and never lets me through to /projects. A fresh sign-in hits the same wall every time.

I am trying to create a project and generate production API keys to wire Hexclave (@hexclave/next) into a live app — this account-setup block is the only thing stopping me. Happy to share my account email privately so you can look it up.
