Description

One table for every Claude Code session running on a machine: busy or idle, how full its context is, which model, and what it has cost so far. It reads documented surfaces only, never an internal format, and has no runtime dependencies. Runs one-shot, on a refresh loop, or as a local web dashboard with replay.
