Description

A memory-governance layer for the Claude Code and Codex command-line agents, built on the hosts' native hooks. It compiles rule cards into a core instruction block, surfaces relevant cards on recall, gates memory writes, and records a recovery map before context compaction. Standard-library Python, MIT-licensed, no hosted service.
