[v3] Performance in Browser, on Mobile

For non-native apps (e.g. Capacitor, or just in-browser -- Tested on Android's Chrome browser), the v3 Select/Dropdown/Modal components (do they all use the same underlying dialog or something?) are very slow to appear and delayed, and have no opening animation. They just suddenly pop up, after ~3 seconds. Very bad UX. I can't reproduce the issue using Chrome DevTools, but I can using my own phone. Please test on a phone.

This is the only thing preventing me from transitioning from v2 to v3 -- the components in v3 are not as fast and UX-friendly as v2 in the browser on mobile.
