"game default" "wine version" not being honored with multiple versions of proton installed

Describe the bug

If I install GE-Proton-10-4 and have "proton-cachyos-latest" set as the default wine version in settings, a newly installed game will pick GE-Proton. Other settings, such as disabling game mode work fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install GE-Proton-10-4
2. Ensure Proton-CachyOS-Latest is set as default in settings -> game defaults
3. Install a new windows game

Expected behavior

The new game is installed with Proton-CachyOS-Latest is set
