Locked me out of my computer please help

Steps to reproduce

Try to log into my pc, it has windows hello, that traffic is blocked by simplewall even tho i havent logged already so it cant connect to my microsoft account and locks me out, and uninstall prompt just gives an empty response

Expected behavior

To uninstall or block tradfic after i log into my computer

Actual behavior

Cant run a basic uninstall command, and locks me out
