[Bug] After upgrading could not load profile

Steps to reproduce

Like https://github.com/henrypp/simplewall/issues/2019

I just have the same problem when upgraded to 3.9.1 (from 3.8.5) on Windows 10 x64.

Expected behavior

Updated Simplewall should run without error and preserving rules.

I just have the same problem when upgraded to 3.9.1 (from 3.8.5) on Windows 10 x64, Simplewall gives the error and start no more.

Downgraded to 3.8.7, restored from profile.xml.bak, but the error remains and Simplewall cannot start!

Only downgrading to the starting 3.8.5, restoring again from profile.xml.bak, made Simplewall start again without error, BUT it doesn't read the restored profile, so I lost all my rules.

I will never do another update!
