[Bug] Memory leak?

Steps to reproduce

Run the app for a while. For a long while.

Expected behavior

No response

Actual behavior

Доколе? I do not shut down or restart my PC for months, but this is still outrageous. No logging or packet inspection or any other resource intensive feature is on, just regular set of WPF rules. It takes a long time to grow RAM consumption, but it does it steadily and inevitably. App just sits in tray, I do not use it at all, the rules have been set years ago. If I restart the app - RAM usage is back to normal for some days.
