For Windows 10/11, is it possible to add a cleaning method based on the "committed memory" usage rate?

Problem you are trying to solve

During the use of Windows 10/11, it was found that when the "committed memory" occupied 100%, the physical memory only accounted for 70%. At this point, the system had become sluggish and indicated that there was insufficient memory.

Suggested solution

Could we add a setting option based on the "committed memory" usage rate?
