[Feature]: Custom notification templates

Describe the feature you would like to see

I'd like to customize some notifications that are sent. For example, add more details like a timestamp and also translate the messages in my native language.

Describe how you would like to see this feature implemented

Obviously this would need to be on a per notification type since the message content is different for each type (i.e. system status vs metric in some timeframe). Thanks
