Can't tab complete a path with a space in :command view

Summary

Starting to type :change-current-directory ~/Some and tab completing a path with a space gives ``:change-current-directory '~/Some Directory'`, but you can no longer use tab completion on the path. If you replace the quotes with \ escaped spaces, it works, but it removes the escapes with quotes and gets stuck again
