Tab-specific empty states on the explore page

The CTA should be tab specific

• My notes
  • "You don't have any notes yet. Create your first note right now."
• Shared with me
  • "Here you'll find notes others have shared with you."
• Public notes
  • "Here you'll see notes that are publicly shared on this instance. To add a note here make viewable by Everyone and set the Show on the public explore page flag."
• Recently visited
  • "You didn't visit any notes yet. When you do, you'll find them here."

We should also show "No more notes matching your search criteria were found." only if the search is used and there are no notes (maybe also change the text to reflect that) and not beneath every note list.
