[Meta] Terraform Search: Available Resources

Description

Existing resources with List support can be found on the Terraform Registry. However these are presented in context of the service as separate documentation. (eg aws_appflow_flow) We are often asked for a full list of resources that currently have List support as it can be helpful in deciding whether the currently coverage would allow list to bulk import based on a practitioners specific circumstance.
