vagrant-cloud post-processor fails to upload 5GB box

packer version: 1.2.5 host platform: centos 7.5 on Azure
The vagrant-cloud post-processor times out when uploading a box ~5GB in size. Using curl to upload the same box is successful. This happens every time for me. I'm using an Azure VM which has ~30MB/s bandwidth.
