Another dogechain.info wallet format

Is your request based on a publicly known cryptographic schema and where can we find information about? There's a new format for dogechain.info, appears to just be AES-GCM instead of AES-CBC as is currently implemented in -m 32500 https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/pull/3746. The format is also different from 32500 with each 256-base64-character block being separated by a semi-colon in the source payload. Unknown if there are more crypto changes beyond this format change and s/CBC/GCM/g.
