In-App Icons Overhaul

**Goal ** For a future release of HandBrake, it would be good to inject some new life into the UI with a refresh of the in-app icons. Ideally with a bit more colour.

Existing and Legacy icons can be found here: graphics\Icons

In addition, we would like to have a set of icons available for each tab within Handbrake's main UI.

The goal should be to create a new, modern, clean set of icons for use within the application.
The main application icon is NOT in scope for any changes in this issue.

We require that icons be distributed under "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License" - CC_BY-SA_4.0_INT

Any work submitted must be your own.

Base Requirements

• Theme compatibility — Icons must work with both light and dark themes. Either provide separate variants or use colours that maintain sufficient contrast in both.

• Meaningful and recognizable — The icon must reinforce the meaning of the associated action and should be understandable without relying solely on its colour.

• Scalable — Icons must remain legible and visually consistent at all required sizes. Support 1× / 2× on macOS. Required sizes: 16px, 24px, 32px, 64px, 96px, 128px

• Consistent visual language — Icons must follow a common style, including stroke width, corner radius, perspective, level of detail, and visual weight and where possible be designed to accommodate usage across Windows, Linux and macOS

• Accessibility — Icons must meet appropriate contrast requirements and should not communicate meaning through colour alone.

• Vector format is preferred (e.g. SVG) rather than only raster exports.
