Ensure Hamcrest PHP using same class/method commends as Hamcrest Java

In the https://github.com/hamcrest/hamcrest-php/pull/93 we've discovered, that some class/method comments could be not in sync with Java libarary version.

Need to double check and make necessary corrections.
