Resizing an item also drags/moves the item. (Tested and works up until 0.8.0, broke during and after 0.9.0)

You cant see it, but my cursor is on the resize "icon" of the item and it does resize it, but it also moves it. This has worked up until version 0.8.0. Is this a bug or is there an option with which I can turn this off?
