Some comment fields are incomplete in functionality

Describe this feature

After testing, I found that several comment fields are not fully functional - they seem to be placeholder fields from the early product development. I suggest completing these features, including:

1. hidden: Comments should only be visible to the logged-in commenter and administrators.
2. allowNotification: Whether to allow receiving reply email notifications.
3. priority: For manual sorting of comments.
4. top: Whether to pin the comment, possibly used in conjunction with priority.
