Double issue : Impossible to register on your forum and impossible to know where the files have been downloaded

Following this topic (that i found on duckduckgo from this search). I tried to register an account on your forum with github it stated that my email provider (gmail) was not allowed. Tried creating an account without github (default) it said that i had Incorrect username, email or password (despite all field being green).

I abandonned and i'm now here, in this new issue.

My original issue is : how to know where are downloaded filed from seafile on android. There unfortunately isn't any button to download when previewing an image (should be part of the ui/ux) but in file list view, i can right click (long click on android) and click download, and it says it's rightfully downloaded, but my issue is where. I tried looking at the root of my internal filesystem using a file browser, then in the download file, but it's not there, and idk where i could look for. I could also plug the phone on a windows file system and index all files on the app Everything by voidtool that could allow me to search through the sql index faster, but it's a long process just to see where the file is, i think having a popup telling me it's rightfully downloaded and if i click the popup it open the default android file browser in the right directory and pre-select the file would behave way easier for the end-user.
