SeaDrive ignore certain folders

Would it be possible to add functionality to SeaDrive so certain folders can be ignored? For example using "seafile-ignore.txt" like the sync client. Now it is a pain to use SeaDrive with my projects including "node_modules" folder, venvs, ...
