Camera index out of range

At first, thanks for the project. I'm sorry for the unethical misuse of some people. I hope authorities are clever enough to figure out whom to trust and whom you better don't.

So I downloaded the latest version of this app and was trying to run it on windows without CUDA support in the first place. I also downloaded the two recommended models from:

Models: GFPGANv1.4 inswapper_128_fp16.onnx

The GUI pops up as usual but as soon as I try to load a test image or take one from thispersondoesnotexist.com and hit 'Start' or 'Preview', I get:

Do I have to download other models, is this only for subscribers or do I lack a web cam in order to transform a test image?
