Add support for additional protocols

Currently Sniffnet supports the following protocols:
- ARP
- ICMPv4
- ICMPv6
- TCP
- UDP
It'd be a nice plus to add support for:
- IGMP (done in #1301)
- SCTP
- MPLS
- PPPoE
- LLDP
- STP
- ...
