Add AV1 codec support in GyroFlow

AV1 is rapidly becoming the industry standard for video compression, offering superior quality at lower bitrates compared to older codecs. Major platforms such as YouTube have already adopted AV1 for streaming and storage, and hardware vendors are increasingly providing native GPU support.

Adding AV1 support in GyroFlow would:
