YAML config file like feature for

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am currently migrating from password auth to OIDC auth. I had previously had custom links in the side bar. But now I have to manually add them one by one.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be cool to have a YAML popup editor to copy paste the sidebar links. So it takes seconds to update the side bar than doing more clicks and typing.

Describe alternatives you've considered Have new buttons, Import and export to create backups of sidebar. Personally I think this is a overkill but it is one of the alternatives I thought of.
