[Feature] Show an error for unsupported redirect URL formats

Description of Feature

When creating a URL Redirect experiment, users can enter a regex as the redirect URL even though only simple URLs are supported, however, they cannot save it. So become blocked.

This is mentioned in the tooltip but can easily be missed.

Please show a clear validation error when an unsupported URL format is entered.
