[Feature] An additional metric type that does not rely on a control
Submitting on behalf of a customer:
We do a lot of A/B tests where we add new functionality to a page. The new functionality almost always gets new tracking just so we can see the usage and how the new features perform. Of course, we can’t compare these numbers to a "control" as the functionality doesn’t exist there.
We would like to have a 4th type of metric in the reporting called “Informative metrics” which only shows the metrics from the new feature. We'd also like to be able to connect other existing metrics like transaction rate so we can compare these metrics with the baseline. For example, "Do users who use the new functionality perform better compared to the default segment?"
The goal is to get a more holistic view that can help us iterate and optimize new features.
