Drop select options overflow scrollbars should honor dark mode.
Actual Behavior
Overflow scrollbars are styled in light mode, creating high contrast leading to common problems (e.g., blinding flash, eye fatigue, cognitive disruption, aesthetic inconsistency, and general messy, unfinished, cheap visual design).
