DateTimeInput segment underline does not match focused unit in popup

Expected Behavior

1. If popup focus is on hours, hours segment is underlined in input.
2. Same for minutes and meridiem.
3. Input visual state and popup focus state remain synchronized.

Actual Behavior

Popup focus can be on one unit while underline indicates another segment.

The black underline in the input does not always align with what is focused in the dropdown/popup (hours/minutes/meridiem). Design intent is that input and popup focus indicators stay in sync.
