[Feature Request]: detect USB speed

What feature would you like to see and why?

There are certain cable or host controller problems that can result in a HackRF being detected by the host as a Full Speed USB device instead of High Speed. It would be helpful for troubleshooting if hackrf_info (and possibly other tools) would warn if a Full Speed HackRF device is detected.
