If I obtain a specific version of a .proto file(4.8.0), how do I configure the project to support that version?

Thanks to https://github.com/Auscobe/Anime-Game-Proto-Archive/blob/main/4.8.proto I obtained the .proto files for version 4.8.0. I attempted to de-obfuscate them; see https://github.com/cnwhhaha/4.8-proto How can I use these to create a version of Grasscutter compatible with 4.8.0?
