Not pulling in Effects data

- Expected: Figma nodes with drop shadows expose effects in node data.
- Observed: get_node_info responses for nodes that visually have shadows (e.g., DatePicker canvas/children) lacked an effects array.
- Likely: MCP plugin/server isn’t serializing/forwarding node.effects from the Figma Plugin API, so effects aren’t surfaced to clients.
