Increased conversion times after upgrade (8.15.3 vs 8.24+)

The entire environment remains unchanged — the RAM/CPU allocation is exactly the same, and the files being converted are of the same type as before. The increased processing time affects both HTML conversions and DOCX document conversions. The performance on the previous version was fully satisfactory.
