[Bug]: Interactive prompting does not work

What happened?

According to https://github.com/google/zx/issues/99, zx should process stdin but it seems to be not working

How it should work?

See demo. The expectation is that deno and zx scripts would work the same as bash script

How to reproduce the bug?

deno run shebang. File: deno.ts. Doesn't work

#!/usr/bin/env -S deno run -A
import "npm:[email protected]/globals";

await $`cat`

zx shebang. File: zx.ts. Doesn't work

#!/usr/bin/env zx

await $`cat`

plain bash. FIle: bash.sh. Works

#!/usr/bin/env bash

cat
