Please document the syntax used in .style.yapf files

Being new to YAPF, maybe I missed the information somewhere, but I can't find mention of the correct syntax for .style.yapf files. My current best guess is that's the same as INI file syntax, but I'm not sure. In any case, it should be documented somewhere. Even a brief mention in the README would be helpful.
