Add support for DNF package manager

Add support for DNF package manager, which is used in most Redhat derived distros and Fedora.

We currently don't have any data for Fedora, but we do have advisories for both AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, both of which uses dnf. (The old package manager yum is even aliased to dnf).
