V1/V2 Parity and OpenAI / Anthropic Endpoint Support

As I understand it, v1 was supposed to bring us parity with the other ADK language SDKs.

OpenAi and Anthropic endpoints are missing. There have been multiple PRs and implementations from the community.

Can we please get some movement and updates on this? ADK-Go is not a viable technology choice without them.
