migrate cli mysql drop does not delete views

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add views inside your migrations
2. Run migrate ... drop
3. Migrate should remove all views inside db which does not happen

Expected Behavior The call to migrate cli migrate -source 'file://migrations' -database 'mysql://user:pwd@tcp(mysql:3306)/myappdb' drop -f should remove all views in the database
