Resend email confirmation notification is not working

version 2026.8.2

adding email-stage for email confirmation on default-source-enrollment flow not showing toast nofitication for successfully resend email or error message when resend email hit the limit. only after refresh the page then notification will be showing.

How to reproduce

add email-stage to stage binding with order:

1. default-source-enrollment-prompt
2. email-stage
3. default-source-enrollment-write
4. default-source-enrollment-login

Expected behavior

should be able to see success or error message in UI after clicking on resend email button without refreshing the page
