Filter only comments when viewing an issue

What problem would this solve?

When viewing an issue, there can often be many listed changes when changing labels and projects for examples, which can clutter the view when reading comments.

What do you propose?

A button to view only comments when viewing an issue, so that other changes (labels, projects, etc.) are hidden and only comments are listed
