so many actions from "Ghost" in my repo

What happened?

I notice that it sometimes make more actions from ghost after I did push and it did action from my username. I just saw over 770 releases and actions. it should not do that!
I am running gitea and gitea-runner on ubuntu

Is there anyway for me to stop ghost actions from happening?

How are you running Gitea? a biinary in local account with systemctl
