Reduce milestones listing options in organization projects

What problem would this solve?

Currently all milestones are listed as a possibility to filter the issues in an organizational project, this make the listing incredible large and selecting milestones with not issues assigned to the project produces an empty list which provides no benefit to the user.

What do you propose?

List only milestones that have issues related to the project being reviewed. This would reduce the listing from possibly dozens to only a few that are in reality related information to the project.
