Better MCP support of Telegram

Summary

I wish it were possible to send and receive messages from OpenClaude directly through Telegram. I know there’s an option that already lets the agent send you messages, but I still haven’t figured out exactly how to get the agent to read my messages.

Problem

If I'm on my cell phone and away from my computer, I can communicate with the agent without having to go to my computer all the time

Proposed Direction

A command to configure the Telegram bot's API key and the OpenClaude model so that it can send and view messages or make the existing Telegram MCP more configurable for that purpose

Alternatives Considered

I can only receive messages from the agent using the Telegram MCP

Additional Context

I don't know if this will help, but I'm using Opencode Go's DeepSeek v4 Flash with the latest version of openclaude currently available (0.29.1). I've already asked him if he can read the messages I send on Telegram, and he says yes, but when I test it, he says he didn't receive anything and refuses to believe that he's unable to read the messages.
