Commit Graph "Hide Remote-only Branches" option hides every remote branch

Description

Before the recent Commit Graph overhaul, "Hide Remote-only Branches" option in Commit Graph removed only those remote branches which did not have a local couterpart.

Now it seem to hide all remote branches, even those which are an upstream of a local branch (and thus are not "remote-only" at this point).

This worked on Gitlens before the new Commit Graph was introduced.
