Key Features
- Update the existing catalog entry from 0.3.4 to 0.3.5; this is not a new preset ID. Previous accepted update: #4710 / #4716.
- Fix the schema-2 generator compatibility boundary so the shipped receipt template is accepted by both Bash and PowerShell validators.
- Keep unknown generators and current-generator/legacy-schema mismatches fail-closed. No schema or command expansion.
- Add regression coverage using the actual shipped template, LF/CRLF/BOM variants and unchanged input hashes.
- Preserve bounded public-HTTPS sources, traceable CRUD, language-aware collections, and explicit write/series authority.
- Validators require Bash/PowerShell as documented; Python 3 is required for configuration/archive paths, including the PowerShell wrapper. No extension dependency.

Update and validation evidence
- Stable v0.3.5 release, source PR #10.
- Tag commit:
f90e707444237d768623f457f85d15a707c3476e. - Download URL SHA-256:
972b6106e9c0ecd95a90dc6bdb175e97a5cc5ef16261b84e56beca2928fa7ba8. - All 42 archive payload files match the tested source tree; the former v0.3.4 tag and archives remain unchanged.
- Native source tests passed on macOS, Linux and Windows.
- Completed pilot Show-CommandTui400 #12: successful PR/main checks and synchronized main.
- Completed pilot TinyCalc #91: existing local backport replaced by canonical package; bounded GSDB follow-up; all PR/main checks including Linux/Windows build, tests and smoke passed.
- Central Home Baseline delivery #314, merge
f61c5b7a5923400c7bc5ea8b547a78a25e8c348f: all 20 PR checks passed on the exact reviewed head; the installed 42-file package matches the tag archive, all other 13 preset registry entries are unchanged, and Home runtime synchronization is verified. - All six Home Baseline merge workflows also succeeded; central delivery closeout and workflow links.
- Broader consumer rollout remains separately tracked; installation evidence is not a product, risk, conformity or certification approval.
