Key Features

  • Update the existing intake-review-governance catalog entry from 0.2.1 to 0.2.3; preserve its ID.
  • Validate completed-series archive placement and distinguish physical active inventory from active series members. Preserve nested active/archive layouts and historical evidence.
  • Reject physical collection aliases, unknown lifecycle states and portable Windows path escapes.
  • Preserve hash-bound single, series and campaign review, typed readiness outcomes, complete target ordering and acyclic dependency checks.
  • Keep semantic review and read-only freshness checks separate from explicitly authorized repair. Ready and Eligible do not grant implementation, remote or release authority.
  • Retain agent-neutral model routing and project-owned language and learner requirements.
  • Recommended composition priority remains 65. Bash and PowerShell entry points use the shared configuration validator; Python 3 is required for that path.

Testing Checklist

  • Preset installs successfully via specify preset add
  • Template resolution works correctly after installation
  • Documentation is complete and accurate
  • Tested on at least one real project

Submission Requirements

  • Valid preset.yml manifest included
  • Linked README (Documentation URL) explains how to use this preset and includes a valid specify preset add ... command (preferably specify preset add --from <download-url> using the exact download URL)
  • LICENSE file included
  • GitHub release created with version tag
  • Preset ID follows naming conventions (lowercase-with-hyphens)

Update and validation evidence

This updates the existing entry previously submitted through #4127, not a new preset ID.

  • Stable v0.2.3 release.
  • Merged source PR #7: native lifecycle checks succeeded on macOS, Linux and Windows. The release notes bind tested commit 5613550abe3758df8857221e3f0bca8a64124438 and the identical merged tree.
  • Fresh macOS verification on 2026-09-24: installation directly from the submitted tag URL with priority 65, result-template resolution and preset info succeeded. All three agent command surfaces were generated.
  • Installed package files match the independently downloaded tag ZIP byte-for-byte. All three shipped JSON templates parse successfully.
  • SHA-256 of the submitted tag archive: a97d3b3039587d391cd214296d5cfd1cb7665aff76630c08a87879091ddcc1d1.
  • Real-project composition is documented by the completed six-repository rollout, including TinyPl0 PR #98, retaining Intake Review v0.2.3.
  • Lifecycle evidence and boundary hardening.

Counts: 9 templates, 3 commands, 5 production script files (4 Bash/PowerShell wrappers and 1 Python configuration validator). Test files are not included in the script count. Installation starts no intake review, repair, implementation or delivery.
