Additional notes for reviewers

This plugin packages one Agent Skill and has no MCP server or backend. It inspects a repository, checks its development feedback loops, and writes an evidence-based report with prioritized remediation. The assessment distinguishes verified findings from checks blocked by the environment.

The repository includes an example report, a report validator, installation instructions, SECURITY.md, support contacts and privacy information.

Validation on the submitted commit:

• GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.85 successfully installed the plugin from a temporary marketplace entry pinned to the commit above and detected one skill.
• @microsoft/vally 0.16.0 passed both specification compliance and file-reference checks.
• The report validator's 27 automated tests pass.

The Copilot check covered installation and skill discovery. A full assessment run inside Copilot has not been tested in this submission pass.
