termui holds lock

termui holds a lock while it's running, and so other invocations of git-bug complain that they can't access tickets, etc. It would be much better if git-bug termui could be used to monitor ticket changes (from AI agents running under the same account, for example) and it only attempted to acquire locks when the user is trying to edit in the UI.
