More granular undo in Annotation Editor

The annotation editor is great, but the interface is very jittery, requiring the frequent use of 'undo'. Unfortunately, 'Undo' takes one back not to the immediately previous state, but to a much older state, requiring a lot of redos.

An undo that sequentially runs back through the actions, like pressing ctrl-z in Word.
