[BUG] Closed holdings are not available in the filter menu

Bug Description

Closed holdings are not shown in the filter menu, which maybe makes sense for the general overview but its a problem in the activities screen. This bug also extends further. If you add activities for a holding, set the filter for that holding and then create an activity that closes the holding, the filter gets unusable

To Reproduce

1. Create an activity of type buy for some holding that does not have activities yet
2. Filter the view to that specific holding
3. Close the holding by creating an activity of type sell that equals to the amount of all buys (therefore closing that holding)
4. Now you can't filter for that holding anymore

Expected Behavior

I would expect to be able to filter at least the activities for holdings that are closed. Additionally to prevent the other filtering bug explained in the screenshots, I would also suggest to never deactivate the resetting filters button

And here an before and after closing the holding. My use case was to add the transaction history of previously closed holdings. To compare it with the transaction excel file, I selected the filter. This image is before adding the last sell activity

This is after closing the position. The filter is still applied but it is not in the dropdown anymore and resetting the filters is also grayed out. The only way to remove the filter now, is to select any other holding and then resetting the filter.
